Yesterday the Monkeys fell hook-line and sinker for fish, with the exclusive opening of the M Fish Café in Wigmore Street, London. The M Fish Café was a one day fish extravaganza, where press and partners came to sample the wonderful Morrisons fish offering. Morrisons specialists helped guests navigate their way around preparing and cooking fish, with a series of masterclasses led by Executive Chef Neil Nugent, who prepared seafood delicacies that were served to diners in the M Fish Café. Morrisons drinks expert Gyles Walker, helped people match wines and beers to accompany the many delicacies on offer.
This one-off celebration of the sea told the Morrisons ‘from catch to kitchen’ story, showcasing Morrisons as the only supermarket in the country with its own dedicated seafood site. Morrisons employs over 1,000 qualified and highly skilled fishmongers, including a trained specialist serving customers at every single store counter and a delicious product range of over 425 lines of seafood. All this helps to make purchasing fish, fuss free!
As you can see from the enclosed pictures, everyone had a whale of a time at the M Fish Café ;-)
